STEP 1: Discovery Call & Assessment

  • We start with an intake questionnaire and a free 20-minute Discovery Call to get to know you, your situation, and what you think you need from us.

  • If we believe we can help, you will be offered an opportunity to schedule a paid Strategy & Roadmap Session.

  • Even if we can't help you, you will walk away from the Discovery Call with some action steps you can put to good use immediately.

STEP 2: Strategy & Roadmap Session 

  • We highly recommend a paid Strategy  & Roadmap Session as your logical next step so that you are focused on the activities that will deliver the most return on investment. This deep-dive session delves into your business, target audience personas, channels, tools, goals, current strategy, and more.

  • Your Strategy & Roadmap Session will result in a document with your customized full-funnel digital marketing strategy for your top three target audience personas. This is yours to keep and you are free to implement it with us or on your own.

STEP 3: Select Your Service Package 

  • The next step is to select your service package, regardless of whether you're choosing a Strategy & Roadmap Session or opting out due to strategy already in place.   

  • Once you've selected your  package, signed the agreement and scope of work (SOW), and paid your deposit, we will schedule your project and add it to your project tracking tool.

  • Based on the project, we typically request a three-month or six-month agreement to start with an option to renew. Most clients have worked with us for years!

STEP 4: Let's Get To Work! 

  • Project Kick-off Meeting and Tech Implementation Week! We ask you to designate one staff member to be the primary point of contact with us and to manage your project responsibilities, including updating the tracking tool. We will have regular check-ins, progress meetings, and approvals for the duration of our work together, as defined in the SOW.

  • We build ample time for  approvals into the timeline, however approval delays can thwart even the best timeline.
     
  • Throughout your project, we remain actively engaged with you and your staff POC as we continue to refine and optimize.
